The Company was founded in 1970 by Nello Capecchi, who started his own entrepreneurial activity in the sector of distribution of dairy products to the catering industry, leaving the position of Sales Manager of Giglio that he had held until then.

Upon the untimely death of the Founder in 1987, his son Roberto succeeded him in the management of the family business, which, in the meantime, developed in the field of food distribution to schools, hospitals, company canteens, etc.

The development of the business and corporate evolution, from Snc to the current Spa, have resulted in a strong growth in turnover volumes and a growing role in the target market.
