Menz & Gasser Spa

Menz&Gasser was founded in Lana (BZ) in 1935 as a fruit processing company, soon specializing in the production of high-quality jams and semi-finished fruit products. In 1974 the business was moved to Novaledo (in Trentino), and in 2004 a second production facility was acquired in Verona to meet growing market demand. 

Core business is single-portion jams for Ho.Re.Ca., for which Menz & Gasser is now the European leader.
