Roner Distillerie Spa

Roner's distilleries are surrounded by fruit orchards and sun-drenched vineyards in the South Tyrol, in the wine-making town of Termeno. For three generations, the Roner family has concentrated on distilling prized grappas and fruit distillates and the production of fine liqueurs. The ingredients for its distillates are carefully selected sun-ripened fruits and its grappas are made from fresh Tyrolean marc of the highest quality. A very delicate distillation process is used to maintain the intensity and particular flavors and softness of the marc and fruit unaltered. This traditional process distills the must and marc two times in bain-marie stills.
