A wide-reaching project that started with the earth and goes beyond the history of generation of producers. THE TRENTO HEADQUARTERS

The new legal headquarters is located on Via dei Viticoltori, surrounded by vineyards in the south of the city of Trento. 


Built according to sustainability criteria, it meets present-day demands: environmentally compatible production aimed at constant quality improvement.


This is where the harvesting of grapes by the more than 400 contributing families and the vinification of raw material take place.

THE VOLANO PLANT

The Volano (TN) plant is dedicated to production and commercial management:

  • refining;
  • bottling;
  • shipment of the finished product to national and foreign markets.


90% of the IT structure is located here.


The company also has external warehouses for storing sparkling wines and for container shipments to foreign countries.

In 1992, the winery began looking for a software house that could supply both hardware and software products to meet the needs of its management and sales staff, which at the time consisted of 80 agents in Italy and a number of foreign importers. 

Thus began the historic collaboration between Cantina Sociale di Trento and Replica Sistemi.

STAGES OF COLLABORATION


  • 1993: First installation of SG400 Cantine

  • 2007: Purchase of StockSystem for finished goods and shipment management 

  • 2009: Go live of StockSystem

  • 2018: Transfer of data to AS400 following corporate merger

  • 2019: Integration of AS400 with electronic invoicing

  • 2020: Start of analysis and setup work for installation of Microsoft Dynamics Navision

  • 2021: Installation of POS management for Trento wine shop and interface with AS400

  • 2022: Go live of Microsoft Dynamics

WMS STOCKSYSTEM

The need for optimized warehouse logistics management led to the choice of StockSystem in 2007. 


The WMS manages about 1,000 items including finished and subsidiary products, for which it provides stock certainty and full traceability.


Thanks to the use of Stocksystem, errors in the preparation of shipments have been reduced to zero.

ERP MICROSOFT NAVISION

The ERP allows controlled management of the entire company and access to all customs and tax updates


It is interfaced with StockSystem and with external systems (Mipaaf, Customs, Revenue agency, EDI, Business Intelligence).


Managed areas:

  • General accounting;
  • Active cycle: customer accounting, sales orders, billing and invoicing, document management for foreign countries (EMCS, Intrastat, excise registers, etc.), electronic invoicing;
  • Passive cycle: supplier accounting, scheduled orders, purchase orders, receipt of goods and control and accounting of invoices received from SDI;
  • Assets;

  • Commissions: commercial management of commissions for agents and area managers, calculations on turnover and paid, Enasarco, Firr etc;
  • Warehouse with management of transfers between warehouses, valuation of inventories, sending Mipaaf etc;
  • Production: management of bottling and packaging orders with time recording for human resources and industrial costing;
  • Flow generation for external Business Intelligence systems, EDI, etc.
