N.I.R.A. Spa

Founded in 1967, N.I.R.A. S.p.A. is the leading company of a group specializing in the production of technical rubber and related items. Over the years the company has grown and today occupies a leading role in the European market with customers belonging to the automotive, hydraulic, pneumatic, household appliance and faucet sectors.

Mold design is carried out with the support of the latest technologies (two/three-dimensional C.A.D.) and the consequent production is entrusted to the in-house workshop or to highly specialized and equipped external suppliers. To ensure maximum production flexibility, NIRA S.p.A. uses the latest horizontal and vertical injection molding technology, integrated with a range of compression molding presses.

It is structured with an in-house quality control laboratory to fully test chemical and physical characteristics:

• all incoming materials are tested upon arrival, all stages of the production process are monitored and controlled, finished components are inspected and tested for possible deformation.

Once approved, products are then placed in the warehouse ready to be shipped.
