GD Transportation is a transportation company established in 1947.

They are part of those transportation firms consolidated in the early post-war period and paying attention every day to the needs of the industry.

It is a transportation firm that has been run by the same family ever since, contributing year after year to consolidate the company's capacity through industry experience and just-in-time logistics/operational solutions.

They began the journey in an office located in the center of Bologna using only two trucks for industrial transport for a local publisher, and as the years went by they improved the operational capacity of the transport company through the acquisition of the Sala Bolognese warehouse and some vehicles. In the mid-1980s the offices joined the warehouse to better manage logistics operations.

Today, thanks to the logistics platform located in Sala Bolognese (BO), 3km from the "Borgo Panigale" highway exit, they can provide a service based on quality and competence thus being able to cope with every need that the service requires.
