we wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the indicated legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

1. The data you provide will be processed electronically and on paper by designated personnel for the following purposes:

A) giving feedback to informative or commercial requests; reporting updates; acquiring preliminary information aimed at the definition of a contractual relationship; preparing commercial offers; fulfilling activities strictly related and instrumental to the management of relations with users.

2. The processing will be carried out on paper and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic support in full compliance with the Privacy Code. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

3. The provision of data and consent is optional but, in the absence thereof, the data controller may be unable to respond in whole or in part to the data subject's request. Refusal of consent for the purposes outlined in point B) does not entail any consequences except the inability of the owner to use the data collected for commercial and promotional purposes.

4. The data collected will not be disseminated unless explicitly authorized but may be communicated to Group companies; parties that provide services for the management of the information system; freelancers, firms or companies as part of assistance and consulting relationships, usually designated as data processors. The list of possible data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of the data controller. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with the explicit consent of the data subject.

6. At any time you may exercise your rights with regard to the data controller, pursuant to art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, by contacting the data controller also by e-mail forwarded to the administration address.

7.
