Luxardo Spa

Established in 1821, and still 100% controlled by the founding family, it is one of the oldest European companies in the field of liquor production. Relocated to Torreglia in 1947 for wartime reasons, it now plays a leading role in the sweet liqueurs sector, representing one of the very few brands present in almost all world markets. The company owns 20,000 maraschino cherry plants, grown in industrial maraschino cherries that represent the only agricultural installation of its kind in the entire European Union. Traditional and modern distillation facilities and extensive wooden aging cellars ensure high quality standards.
