Univergomma was founded as Universalgomme in 1956, the first plant was located not far from the current headquarters and dealt with tire retreading; in the 1970s Universalgomme became the current Univergomma.

Univergomma's philosophy is to be passionate about an idea, pursue a goal and achieve it, as well as to guarantee high quality standards for tires thanks to a service consolidated by years of experience.
