Goals

Allow mixed terminals (Windows and Android) to coexist in the same environment so that the customer does not need to replace the entire installed base.
Maintain the same communications manager between Data-base and devices: this will ensure that any issues can be traced only to the Android device side and avoid interference between the data base and any new application.
Maintain the same "engines" so that performance does not change as Windows terminals are replaced by Android.

Development required the rewriting of the program loaded on the terminal and the development of a special program to load the application from Server to terminal for both initial installation and any updates (as it currently is in Windows).
