The operator oerforms one massive pick of multiple grouped orders, moving through the warehouse along an optimized route. Then, in the packaging and shipping area, he sorts them quickly and precisely thanks to lights placed on shelves under each customer's box.

Each time an item is picked, the display connected to the matching customer box will light up, stating the precise quantity to be enter (pick to light).

The operator starts the pick by going to the picking stand indicated by the terminal and withdraws the first item. The display on the trolley immediatly lights up, then the operator deposits the indicated quantity in that box.

The pick to light display is mobile and can be freely placed on a shelf or trolley, according to the chosen picking modality. It is embedded in a polycarbonate case that is ultra-durable and easy to maintain.

The front panel is in a single section to prevent infiltration of dust and dirt.

The three led lights in red, yellow and green are visible both frontally and at an acute angle.

In order to avoid thefts, each module is equipped with an anti-sabotage system, which locks the system if a module is removed from its location. There is a security system to prevent battery theft as well.

The display is equipped with magnetic support.

ACCESS POINT

The access point receives data from the wireless display and sends them to the software through the net.

The access point automatically connects to wireless displays. A kit for standard Wi-Fi connection is included.
